1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Griffin Pro Clean LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking or receiving services from Griffin Pro Clean LLC, the client (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Scope of Services
Griffin Pro Clean LLC provides residential, vacation rental (Airbnb/short-term rental), and commercial cleaning services.
The scope of work is determined by:
The service selected at booking
The condition of the property
Any agreed-upon add-ons
Written or electronic communication between Client and Company
Services are limited to cleaning tasks only. We do not provide:
Mold remediation
Biohazard cleanup
Pest control
Heavy lifting beyond reasonable cleaning scope
Clutter organization beyond surface tidying
We reserve the right to modify the scope of service if property conditions differ significantly from what was represented at booking.
3. Booking & Payment Terms
Residential Services:
Full payment may be required at time of booking.
Payment must be received prior to or on the day of service unless otherwise agreed.
Commercial & Recurring Accounts:
May be invoiced according to agreed billing terms.
Late invoices may incur late fees.
We accept major credit and debit cards through secure payment processing systems.
Returned payments, chargebacks, or disputed transactions without valid cause may result in additional fees and/or suspension of services.
4. Estimates & Pricing Adjustments
Any quote provided is based on the information supplied by the Client.
If the property condition requires significantly more time, labor, or materials than anticipated, Griffin Pro Clean LLC reserves the right to:
Adjust the final price
Limit the scope of work
Reschedule service
Refuse service
Client approval will be requested before any price adjustment whenever possible.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling Policy
We require advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations within 24 hours of service may result in a cancellation fee up to 50% of the scheduled service.
Same-day cancellations or lockouts may be charged up to 100% of the service amount.
Recurring clients must provide at least 48 hours notice to skip or reschedule a visit.
Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in removal from recurring schedule.
6. Access to Property
Client must provide safe and timely access to the property.
If cleaners are unable to access the property at the scheduled time due to:
Locked doors
Incorrect codes
Alarm issues
Pets not secured
A lockout fee may apply.
Service time does not automatically extend due to delayed access.
7. Condition of Property
The Client is responsible for:
Removing excessive clutter prior to cleaning
Securing fragile or valuable items
Securing pets
Ensuring utilities (water, electricity) are operational
We are not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage
Improperly installed fixtures
Loose items that fall during routine cleaning
Wear and tear
Faded, stained, or permanently damaged surfaces
If we discover unsafe conditions (including structural hazards, severe infestation, bodily fluids, or hazardous substances), we reserve the right to stop service immediately.
8. Damage & Claims Policy
We take great care while cleaning and aim to provide a luxury-level experience.
If damage occurs:
Client must notify Griffin Pro Clean LLC within 24 hours of service.
Photographic evidence may be required.
We must be given the opportunity to inspect and resolve the issue.
Repairs or replacement decisions are at the discretion of Griffin Pro Clean LLC.
Liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not responsible for sentimental value.
Claims reported after 24 hours may not be honored.
9. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your service, you must notify us within 24 hours.
We will return to address missed areas at no additional charge.
Our satisfaction guarantee does not apply to:
Items outside the agreed scope of service
Pre-existing damage
Areas blocked by clutter
Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at management discretion.
10. Independent Cleaning Professionals
Cleaning professionals may operate as independent contractors.
They are background-checked and vetted. However, they are not employees of Griffin Pro Clean LLC.
Griffin Pro Clean LLC manages scheduling, communication, quality control, and client experience.
11. Pets
Pets must be secured during service.
We are not responsible for:
Pets escaping
Pet injuries due to unsecured conditions
Pet-related damage or interruptions
If pets interfere with cleaning, service may be limited.
12. Photos & Documentation
For quality control and protection purposes, before and after photos may be taken.
Photos:
Will not include personal identifying items whenever possible
May be used for internal documentation
May be used for marketing unless Client requests otherwise in writing
13. Recurring Services
Recurring services will continue at the agreed frequency unless cancelled.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing for recurring services due to:
Increased labor time
Change in property condition
Inflation or operational costs
Advance notice will be provided for pricing changes.
14. Non-Solicitation of Cleaning Professionals
Clients agree not to directly hire, solicit, or employ any cleaning professional introduced by Griffin Pro Clean LLC during service and for a period of 12 months following the last service date.
Violation may result in a referral or placement fee.
15. Limitation of Liability
Griffin Pro Clean LLC shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of income
Business interruption
Personal injury unless caused by gross negligence
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.
16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Manatee County, Florida.
17. Agreement
By booking service with Griffin Pro Clean LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
